I fell a bit behind on my posting . We've been keeping busy with the work around the house and getting ready for the girls weekend coming up. Nothing going on with the weight loss. Still junking it up with my diet and getting zero exercise.
I had to do the worst task in the world last week (try on swimsuits) I was totally depressed and sickened by what I saw in the mirrors trying on all the suits. Think anyone will mind if I swim in my clothes? Ugh!
I keep telling myself that "tomorrow" I'll eat better, "tomorrow" I'll start walking again, or biking, or going to the gym. How do you get out of a rut?
