If the video isn't coming up, here's my week in a nut shell. I went back to my lap band doctor. I had not been back since May 2013. He did not give me a fill or too much of a lecture but we did set some goals and talked about what it will take to get me to USE my tool instead of just eating foods that I know will slip right thru my band. I'm going back in December and the goal is to be back down to at least 200 if not lower! :)
